Fergus Falls’ seniors Strand, Rasmusson named to state All-Tournament team [UPDATED]

Fergus Falls senior basketball players Bailey Strand and Brianna Rasmusson were named to the Class AAA All-State tournament team.

Strand led the Otters in scoring in each of the team’s three tournament games. In the third place game, Strand broke the Otters’ single game scoring record with 45 points in a 72-62 win over Minneapolis Washburn.

Rasmusson played all 108 minutes in Fergus’ three games. Rasmusson recorded a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds in the team’s loss to Marshall and had a 16 point game in the Otters’ quarterfinal matchup against Kasson-Mantorville.
