Driver arrested for DWI

A 24-year-old Battle Lake man was arrested Monday night for DWI, according to Fergus Falls police.

A local restaurant reported just before 11 p.m. that the intoxicated man had just left in a vehicle.

The driver was located and stopped in the Perkins parking lot for a driving infraction.

He was arrested for third-degree DWI following an investigation.

His blood alcohol concentration was reportedly 0.20.
