The Underwood Boy Scouts completed planning Tuesday for a Boundary Waters Canoe Area trip near Ely. Five boys from the older scout patrols, the Wolverines and the Ice Arrow Patrols, and four dads will leave Friday, May 29. They are looking forward to repeating the trip made in 2009, by the previous Underwood Scouts who have since made Eagle and gone off to college. A city-wide rummage sale is planned Saturday, June 7, in Underwood and the Underwood Boy Scouts will host a free-will donation pancake and sausage breakfast from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday behind the American Legion to help fund their trip to Yellowstone and the Black Hills in July.0528.educ.Scouts.trip
