Perham student among ROTC commissioned [UPDATED]

ROTC units in the departments of military science and aerospace studies at South Dakota State University will commission 21 cadets at ceremonies May 9-10.

Ethan E. McMahon of Fergus Falls was selected as a munitions and missile maintenance officer in the Air Force and is among the 11 AF ROTC cadets who will be commissioned. He graduated from Perham High School in 2009. McMahon earned a bachelor’s degree in history. His first active duty station will be at Seymour-Johnson Air Force Base, N.C.
