Wedding: Youngberg and Gale

Nicki Gale and Christopher Youngberg were united in marriage on Saturday, Sept. 23, 2006, at Grace United Methodist Church in Fergus Falls, with the bride's father, Rev. Lee Gale and Rev. Debra Ball-Kilboume officiating.

Parents of the couple are Rev. Lee and Terri Gale of Grafton, N.D., and Dennis (Esther) Youngberg of Fergus Falls and the late Judy Youngberg.

Attendants were Nanci and Mark Wilson, sister and brother-in-law of the bride, and Beth and Chad Neuleib, sister and brother-in-law of the groom. The ring bearer was Cooper Wilson, nephew of the bride.

A reception and dance followed the ceremony at the Bigwood Event Center. The couple honeymooned in the Duluth area and are now making their home south of Fergus Falls.

Nicki is employed as a mortician for Olson Funeral Home and Christopher is employed as a carpenter for Walkup Construction.

Engagement: Toso and Koepke

Sabrina Ann Koepke and David (Cheeto) Matthew Toso announce their engagement.

Parents of the couple are Shirley Koepke of Fergus Falls, Greg and Linda Anderson of Dalton, Robert and Sondra Koepke of Orlando, Fla., Loren and Jeanne Toso of Rothsay and Greg and Sandy Rodland of Durbin, N.D.

The bride to be is a customer service rep/supply coordinator with Communicating for Agriculture of Fergus Falls and the groom to be is a team leader with Northern Contours of Fergus Falls.

A July 7, 2007, wedding is planned in Rothsay.

Wedding: Olson and Cowell

Nicole Cowell and Zachary Olson were married June 24, 2006, in Owatonna. Officiating was Melissa Murray, sister of the groom.

Parents are Kevin and Barb Olson of Fergus Falls and Rick and Lauri Cowell of Owatonna.

Maids of Honor were Mary Banas and Melissa Weber, friends of the bride. Bridesmaids were Lindsay Cowell and Erica Cowell, sisters of the bride. Best Man was Nick Olson, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Geoff Karls, Erik Ingelin and Ryan Pohl, friends of the groom.

Flowergirl was Mariah Pitts, niece of the bride. Ringbearer was Gregory Pitts, nephew of the bride. Personal attendant was Karla Ingelin, friend of the bride. Ushers were Dustin Emblom and Mitch Anderson, friends of the groom.

The reception was held at the Owatonna Country Club.

The bride is an elementary teacher at Oak Hill Montessori School and the groom is employed as an ICS with Apple Computer. The couple resides in St. Paul.

Wedding: Ohren and Thompson

Rebekah Emily Thompson and Justin L. Ohren were married June 24, 2006, at Federated Church, Fergus Falls, with Revs. Doug Dent and Tom Junkert officiating.

Parents are Steve and Carri Thompson of Fergus Falls and Gary and Barb Ohren of Battle Lake.

The bride's attendants were Monica Thompson, Ashley Ohren, Stephanie Cook, Sarah Walton, Heidi Balgaard and Emily Enderson. The groom's attendants were Sam Balgaard, Ben Thompson, Mark Thompson, Jason Walton, Eric Leroy and Chris Ecker.

Flowergirl was Bethany Enderson, ringbearers were Miles Hoff and Matson Hoff, personal attendant was Debra Ness and ushers were Landon Link, Trevor Ness, Tony Ohren and Rick Ness. Musicians included the Federated Church handbell choir, Ann Newell, Laura Odden and Elizabeth Link.

A dinner and dance were held at the Elk's Event Center, Fergus Falls.

The couple resides in rural Battle Lake. The bride is employed at Ashby Public School and the groom works for Christenson Electric.
