Wedding: Larby and Miller

Emily Miller and Clint Larby were married May 6, 2006, at First Baptist Church, Fergus Falls. The Rev. Ned Eerdmans and Aaron Miller, cousin of the bride, officiated.

Parents of the couple are Byron and Carrie Miller of Fergus Falls and Kathy Larby and the late Robert Larby of West Fargo.

Matron of Honor was Hailey Priola, sister of the bride. Attendants were Britt Aschnewitz and Rebekkah Hiemstra, friends of the bride. Best Man was Jacob Killoran, friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Justin Frazee, friend of the groom, and Ryan Priola, brother-in-law of the bride.

Ringbearers were Levi Miller, cousin of the bride, and Grace Wille, cousin of the groom.

A reception was held at the River Inn, Fergus Falls. The couple resides in St. Louis Park.

Engagement: Nordin and Andvik

Linda and Bill Dumke, Allen and Jan Andvik, Fergus Falls, along with Joe and Theresa Nordin of Grand Forks announce the engagement of their children Heidi Andvik and Scott Nordin.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Fergus Falls High School, Minnesota State Community and Technical College, Fergus Falls, and Minnesota State University, Moorhead. She is a social worker at the Grand Forks Senior Center.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of Grand Forks Central High School and the University of North Dakota. He is an account executive at Fine Print of Grand Forks, Inc.

A Dec. 30, 2006, wedding is planned at Grace United Methodist Church, Fergus Falls.

Engagement: Erstad and Karbon

Katie Karbon and Matthew Erstad, both of St. Paul, announce their engagement.

Katie, formerly of Appleton, Wis., is the daughter of Larry and Margie Karbon. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Minnesota State University, Mankato, in 2006. She is employed with United Hospital in St. Paul as an RN in the Intensive Care Unit.

Matthew, formerly of Fergus Falls, is the son of Roger and Sue Erstad. He is a 2000 graduate of Fergus Falls High School and a 2005 graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato, earning his Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications. He is employed with Wells Fargo in Inver Grove Heights.

A March 17, 2007, wedding is planned at Riverview Lutheran Church in Appleton.

Anniversary: Anderson and

Milo and Ione Andersen of Fergus Falls will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Dec. 29 in Minneapolis with their children and grandchildren.

Milo was a teacher in Williston and Dickinson, N.D., and Ione also worked for the school systems.

Anniversary: Aho and

Roland and Joyce Aho will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary during an open house hosted by their children from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 23, at Trinity Lutheran Church and School, 1150 West Cavour, Fergus Falls. No gifts please.

The couple was married Dec. 15, 1956, in Sebeka, Minn.
