She is a student at North Dakota State University.

Sarah and Greg both graduated from Minnesota State and Technical College Moorhead and are employed in Fargo. Sarah works as a nurse at the Red River Family Medicine Clinic .

Greg as an electrician for Bergstrom Electric Inc.

An Oct. 13, 2007, wedding is planned at Faith Baptist Church in Park Rapids.

The couple will make their home in Hawley.

Nicki Altstadt and Ryan Guck announce their engagement. Parents of the couple are Ken and Jackie Altstadt of Perham, Dana Stras (Cusey) of Detroit Lakes and Joe and Jan Guck of Perham.

She is a 2003 graduate of Perham High School and is a student at Detroit Lakes Technical College. She plans to attend Moorhead Technical College for dental hygiene.

He is a 2002 graduate of Perham High School and is employed at Barrel O’ Fun as an assistant supervisor for sanitation.

An Aug. 11, 2007, wedding is planned in Perham.

Amanda Bacon and Eric Dwinell, both of Minneapolis, announce their engagement. Parents of the couple are Sharon and Charlie Bacon of Fergus Falls and Margaret Dwinell of New Hope and the late Richard Dwinell.

Amanda is a 1997 graduate of Fergus Falls High School, a 2001 graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead, and a 2004 graduate of St. Mary's University with a master's degree in counseling psychology. She is employed with Guild Incorporated in St. Paul as a mental health case manager.

Eric is a 1991 graduate of Robbinsdale Cooper High School and a 1997 graduate of the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities with a degree in history. He is employed with RMG Connect in Minneapolis as a senior strategic planner.

Billie Jo is a graduate of Campbell-Tintah Public School and South Dakota State University, in agriculture education.

She is employed by Southeast Region Career and Technology Center as an ag teacher in Lidgerwood, N.D.

Clinton is a graduate of Philip High school and is completing his physical education degree at Valley City State University, and is a self-employed taxidermist.

James and Virginia Hanson of Fergus Falls and Richard and Linda Jossart of Benson announce the engagement of their children, Angela Hanson and Darin Jossart.

Angela is a 1996 graduate of Fergus Falls High School, a 1998 graduate of Fergus Falls Community College, and a 2002 graduate of Minnesota State University of Moorhead. She is employed by the Washington County Sheriff's Office as a Patrol Deputy.

Darin is a 1996 graduate of Benson High School. He is currently employed with the United States Postal Service and works out of the St. Paul district.

A Sept. 15, 2007, wedding is planned at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church in Afton.

The couple lives in Maplewood.

Chandra Heitman and Kevin Ackley, both of Oxford, Ohio, announce their engagement. Parents are Dwight and Mary Lou Heitman of Ada, and Michael and Dawn Ackley of Fergus Falls.

Chandra graduated from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, N.D., is employed at Miami University Child Development Center in Oxford, Ohio.

Kevin graduated from St. Lawrence University in Canton, N.Y. He is assistant director for programming at the Goggin Ice Center, Miami University, in Oxford, Ohio.

An Aug. 11, 2007, wedding is planned at the Bob and Mindy Kinkade residence in Ada.

Stewart and Joyce Ollila will be celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 4, at the Menahga Park in Menagha. Friends and family welcome.

The couple was married Aug. 7, 1982.

Anniversary: Boe and

Robert and Charlene Boe of Rothsay will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary during an open house in their honor, from 2:30 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 11, at the Rothsay Community Center. Serving as hosts will be their children and grandchildren.
