Mannings celebrate 50th anniversary

Eugene and Helen Manning will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary this weekend with their family.

They have three sons, Dr. Ste ven, the Rev. Mark (Joyce), and David (Dr. Heidi); and six grandchildren.

The couple was married June 7, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Bagley.

Skramsteds note 50th anniversary

Leo and Bea Skramsted will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a family event, hosted by their children and grandchildren, on Saturday, June 2.

The couple was married June 1, 1957, at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church in Fergus Falls.

Chalsey Hanson and Adam Barry announce their engagement. Parents of the couple are Daniel and Tracy Hanson of Ashby, LuAnn DeGreeff of Grand Junction, Colo., and Brad and Teresa Barry of Ashby.

Chalsey is a Ashby High School graduate and is enrolled at Westhills College in Lemoore, Calif.

Adam is a Ashby High School graduate, and is a U.S. Navy 3rd Class Petty Officer stationed in Lemoore, Calif.

A June 16, 2007, wedding is planned at Zion-Sarpsborg Church in Dalton.

Amanda Patrice Holicky and Thomas Ryan Thonnodson were married June 17, 2006 at Our Lady of Victory Church in Fergus Falls with Father Robert Kieffer officiating.

Parents of the couple are Jerome and Deborah Holicky and Gaylan and Marcia Thonnodson, all of Dalton.

The bride's matron of honor was Jessica Price; bridesmaids were Nicole Larson, Kari Adams, Katie Hall, Sarah Fussy and Denise Lindblom. Flower girl was Anna Thonnodson. Personal attendants were Jennifer Smith and Sarah Thonnodson.

Best man was Kelly Walvatne. Groomsmen were Mike Thonnodson, Joel Thonnodson, Francis Holicky, Loren Klimek and Greg Gaalswyk. Ring bearer was Jayson Thonnodson. Ushers were Joe Dvorak, Tim Dvorak, Leon Klimek and Matthew Price.

A reception and dance were held at the Fergus Falls V.F.W. following the ceremony.

The bride is a pharmacist at Pamida Pharmacy in Fergus Falls, and the groom is substitute teaching in the area.

The couple lives in Dalton.

Rodney and Kay Stark of Rapid City, S.D., and Tim and Sue Schonhardt of Fergus Falls, announce the engagement of their children, Andrea and Charlie.

She is a 2002 graduate of Two Harbors High School and is a student at the University of Wisconsin, Superior in the accounting program. She is employed at Le Salon in Duluth.

He is a 2002 graduate of Fergus Falls High School and 2004 graduate of Minnesota State University, Moorhead. He is the assistant manager at Sherwin-Williams Paint Company in Duluth.

A July 21, 2007, wedding is planned at Spirit Mountain in Duluth.

Mark and Jean Rustand of Fergus Falls and Lisette Nash of Eliot, Maine, announce the engagement of their children Katie Jean Rustand and Craig Robert Gould. He is also the son of the late Robert Gould.

She is a 2001 graduate of Fergus Falls High School and a 2005 graduate of Minnesota State University, Moorhead with a degree in elementary education. She is employed with the Anchorage, Alaska School District.

He is a 1999 graduate of Eliot High School and a 2002 graduate of Boston College with a degree in Youth Ministry. He is employed as a pastoral associate with St. Patrick's Catholic Church.

A July 14, 2007, wedding is planned at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church in Fergus Falls.

The couple will live in Anchorage.

Dybdals celebrate 50th anniversary

Kermith and Elaine Dybdal will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary during an open house in their honor from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, June 3, at the Bigwood Event Center in Fergus Falls.

Their children and grandchildren will serve as hosts.

Meyers note 50th anniversary

Donald and Sally Meyer will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary during an open house from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, June 3, at Messiah Lutheran Church, north of Underwood.

The event is hosted by their children.
