Wedding: JodiVolgren and Hensch

Jodi Luella Hensch and Jonathan Mark Volgren were married Aug. 18, 2007, at Ezekiel Lutheran Church in River Falls, Wis., with the Rev. David Hagstrom officiating.

Parents of the couple are Jerry and Becky Hensch of Fergus Falls and Steve and Cheryl Volgren of Balsam Lake, Wis. Grandparents of the couple are Eva Risbrudt, Alfred and Donna Hensch, Clarence and Lucy Peterson and Carl Volgren.

Serving as matron of honor was Allisha Heacox, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Abby Keene, Greta Miller, friends of the bride, and Bea Volgren, sister of the groom. Flower girl was Alana Volgren, niece of the groom. Personal attendants were Debby Gunderson, aunt of the bride, and Steph Wynn, friend of the bride.

Serving as best man was Nathanael Volgren, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Jason Strilzuk, Josh Hallberg and Carl Dueholm, friends of the groom. Ring Bearer was Andrew Heacox, nephew of the bride. Ushers were Josh Hensch, brother of the bride, Juston Heacox, brother-in-law of the bride, Jay Volgren, brother of the groom, and Joey Tilton, friend of the groom.

A dinner and dance was held at the Valley House of Hudson, Wis., following the ceremony.

Jodi is employed in South St. Paul, and Jonathan is employed in New Richmond, Wis.

They will make their home in Woodville, Wis.

Wedding: Barry and Hanson

Chalsey Hanson and Adam Barry were married June 16, 2007, at Zion-Sarpsborg Lutheran Church in Dalton.

Parents of the couple are Daniel and Tracy Hanson of Ashby, Brad and Teresa Barry ofAshby and Louanne DeGreeff of Grand Junction, Colo.

Grand parents of the couple are Truman and Carolyn Eggum of Dalton, Richard and Inez Hanson of Dalton, Pete and Gardena DeGreeff of Slayton, Duane Barry, Lake Wilson and Norris and Vonnie Gilbertson of Ashby. Great-grandmother is Helen Martinson of Fergus Falls.

Attendents were Tia Peters, Katie Bowman, Joyce Knutson, Hayley Barry, Patty Grover, Andrea Ketteriing, Abigail Ketterling, Brian Peters, Mike Rossum, Chris Peterson, Tyler Barry, Aaron Peterson, Brett Hanson and Reed Hanson.

Adam is a 3rd Class Petty Officer in the United States Navy, and Chalsey is attending West Hills College.

The couple lives in Lamoore, Calif., at the Naval Air Station.

Anniversary: Rustad and

Orvin and JoAnne Rustad will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary at a coffee party in their honor from 2 to 4 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 13, at Zion Lutheran Church, 202 Summit Ave E., Fergus Falls.

Engagement: Koehn and

Kali Jo Mark and Brian Thomas Koehn, along with their parents, Steve and Sharon Mark and Duane and Diane Koehn, all of Underwood, announce their engagement.

Kali is a 2006 graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead with a degree is special education. She is employed as an early childhood special education teacher with the Fergus Falls Area Special Education Cooperative in Fergus Falls.

Brian is employed with Michael's Pipeline Corporation in Burnsville.

An Oct. 20, 2007, wedding is planned at Zion-Sarpsborg Free Lutheran Church in Dalton.

Wedding: Erstad and Karbon

Katie Karbon and Matthew Erstad were married March 17, 2007, at Riverview Lutheran Church in Appleton, Wis., with the Rev. Dennis Belter officiating.

Parents of the couple are Larry and Margie Karbon of Appleton, Wis., and Roger and Sue Erstad of Fergus Falls.

Maid of honor was Becky Payne, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Rebecca Rosen, Sara Benson, and Liza Knorr, friends of the bride. Junior bridesmaid was Nina Payne, godchild of the couple. Melissa and Megan Erstad, sisters of the groom, were her personal attendants.

Best man was Michael Erstad, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Brett Neuleib, Zack Olson and Matt Rhoades, friends of the groom. Ushers included Brandon Van Liere, Matt Miller, and Brett Hale, friends of the couple. Jack, Luke, and Kate Winter served as ring bearers and flower girl.

A reception and dance followed at Bridgewood Resort and Hotel in Neenah, Wis. The couple honeymooned in Caims, Australia.

The bride is a 2000 graduate of Appleton High School and is an ICU registered nurse at United Hospital in St. Paul.

The groom is a 2000 graduate of Fergus Falls High School; he is employed as an International Implementation Specialist with Wells Fargo in Minneapolis.

The couple makes their home in Rosemount.
