Jim and Sheila Ouren will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary during an open house in their honor from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 15, at Grace Lutheran Church in Erhard. Their children will serve as hosts for the event.

The couple was married Sept. 7, 1957.

Don and Judy Bradow will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary during an open house in their honor from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 15, at their home.

They were married Sept. 16, 1967, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Fergus Falls.

The couple has three children, Janelle and David Thompson of Moorhead, Jackie and Steve Ring of Duluth and Dan and Jacki Bradow of Fergus Falls; and seven grandchildren, Drew and Devon Thompson, Elizabeth, Ashlyn and Matthew Ring and Annie and Alec Bradow.

Nancy Ellen Aslagson and Steven Alan Guttormson were married on July 21, 2007, at the home of Nancy’s parents, Robert and Beatrice Swenson, on Lake Lâ Homme Dieu in Alexandria.

Nancy is employed by Lake Region Healthcare Corporation in Fergus Falls.

Steven is the son of Sylvia Guttormson of Underwood and the late LeRoy Guttormson. He is employed by Minnesota State Community and Technical College in Fergus Falls.

Attending the couple were Pam and Rick Witt, sister- and brother-in-law of the bride, and Amy and Wes Lundburg, friends of the couple.

Megan is a 2006 graduate of University of Minnesota with dual degrees in biology and physiology. She is attending Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, receiving a medical degree in podiatric medicine.

Ryan is a 2001 graduate of Fergus Falls High School and a 2006 graduate of the University of Minnesota with a masters degree in mechanical engineering. He is working on his pH.D in Mechanical engineering.

Lindsey Iverson and Casey Jensen were married June 30, 2007, at Victory Lutheran Brethren Church, Jamestown, N.D., with the Rev. Marty Valder officiating.

Parents of the couple are Steve and Arlette Iverson and Paul and Sue Jensen, all of Jamestown.

Grandparents of the couple are Cecil Iverson of Jamestown, the late Floyd Iverson, Dwight and Joyce Hanson of Underwood, Gene and Babe Gossett and Harvey and Lillian Jensen, all of Jamestown.

Attendants were Carlee Schnase, Nikki Iverson, Andy Kapp, Janna Redlin, Autumn Gossett, Leah Pettit, Dustin Jensen and Justin Hicks.

A reception was held following the ceremony at The Bunker in Jamestown.

She is a graduate of Jamestown High School and Minnesota State University, Moorhead with a degree in elementary and pre-primary education. She is employed by Community Action Head Start in Jamestown as an early education teacher.

He is a graduate of Jamestown High School and MSU, Moorhead, with a degree in criminal justice. He is employed by K-mart in Jamestown as an asset protection/loss prevention agent.

Tami, a 1998 graduate of Fergus Falls High School, earned a bachelor of science degree in dietetics from North Dakota State University in

2004, and is employed with Sodexho as a clinical dietitian at Children's Hospital in St. Paul.

Eric, a 1992 graduate of Fergus Falls High School, earned a bachelor of arts degrees in psychology and Spanish from St. John's University in 1996, and is employed as a project manager for Positive Companies in St. Paul.
