Daily Journal Hot Shots photo contest
The Fergus Falls Daily Journal will be publishing
“Summer Hot Shots” on Friday, August 31.
This section will feature photos from YOU – photos that you have taken throughout summer 2012.
You can submit photos taken with a digital camera or cell phone. You can
e-mail your photos to newsroom@fergusfallsjournal.com ;
put them on a CD or flash drive and bring them to our office and we’ll download them for you. If you want to mail us a CD, send it to:

JPEG photos are preferred. Film or prints will not be accepted.
And what do you get? Besides possibly getting your photos published,
the three best photos, chosen by The Daily Journal staff, will win cash prizes: $100 for 1st place, $50 for 2nd place and $25 for 3rd place.
All usable photos will run on our web site,
and the best photos will run in the print section.
Your photos should include a short description of the photo, approximate date and place it was taken, your name and phone number.
Photos MUST INCLUDE PEOPLE.
The deadline to submit photos is
Monday, August 20 by 5 PM.
