Naturalization Ceremony
Jose De Jesus Briccno-Ramirez, Roberto Franco-Chavez, both originally from Mexico, and Linda Hsueh-Yang Kao, originally from China, became United States citizens on Saturday during a naturalization ceremony at the International Friendship Festival.
