CPR class was terrific

I would like to express my appreciation to Ringdahl Ambulance for the great Friends and Family CPR class that they donated to the volunteers of Health Resources Center. The instructors were helpful and encouraging.
It is wonderful the way that the training has been developed to make it practical and user friendly, with lots of hands-on activity. It was amazing how fast the 3 hours went by. We had 14 participants in the course. It is wonderful to think that more and more people are learning this life saving skill.
I would encourage everyone to take a CPR course through Ringdahls as we never know when we might need to use it to save the life of a loved one.
