Sentence stayed for meth sale

James Warren Wang, 23, city of Ottertail, was sentenced Tuesday in Otter Tail County District Court after pleading guilty May 14 for a first degree controlled substance crime. Wang sold methamphetamine in Fergus Falls on Feb. 5, 2005.

Wang was sentenced to 158 months in prison with credit for 242 days already served. Sentence will be stayed for 158 months. He will be on supervised probation up to 25 years. He will pay $2,422 in fines and restitution.
