Army National Guard Spec. Joshua A. Skramstad has been decorated with the Iraq Campaign Medal authorized by the President of the United States.
He is the son of Rusty Skramstad and Shari Frye of Fergus Falls.
The specialist is a 2002 graduate of Fergus Falls High School.
Skramstad is a cavalry scout normally assigned in Fergus Falls.
