Vehicle damaged at dam

A 21-year-old homeless man has reported vandalism to his vehicle while it was parked at Friberg Dam, located about 10 miles north of Fergus Falls.
According to a sheriff’s report, the man said an intoxicated swimmer allegedly stomped on his vehicle, cracked the windshield, ripped electrical components from the vehicle and urinated in the fuel tank sometime between 7 and 8 p.m. Tuesday. Several people witnessed the vandalism, but refused to contact law enforcement or testify regarding the incident, the complainant said.
Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office.

OK!!! Seriously ppl need to get a freaking life...OMG who could ever do that to a poor homeless gentlemen?? WOW im so glad i live in "Fergus falls"...Damn i feel safe!...(NO WAY)

It's sad, but not like this homeless man was shot dead or beaten by any means. Yes...I feel for the man, but seriously you don't feel safe in this town babygurl4?? Please.

No i dont..I know ALOT of people in this town, that have gotten away with this crap..And i think people always just keep pushng and keep pushing and NOTHING never happens..Oh what 3 or 12 days in jail WOW..Are they gunna change h*** no. People just need to work all the time or spend their time with their children or family, instead of doing this kinda crap! Its mean!!!! Respect other people's thing's.
