FF man hits toddler with a pie tin

What the pie tin may have looked like
A 32-year-old Fergus Falls man was arrested Thursday night after the pie tin he threw at a woman hit a toddler instead.
According to a police report, Allen Charles Sheppard threw a pie tin with pie slices in it toward a woman, with the tin hitting the head of a toddler she was holding. The child did not require medical attention.
Fergus Falls police received a report of the incident at 9:30 p.m. Thursday. Sheppard is being held in the Otter Tail County Detention Facility.

Very glad to hear the child is ok.
One question concerning the "What the pie tin may have looked like" picture.
How come we didn't get a similar picture when the pornography and toys were found on the corner a couple weeks ago?

what kind of pie was it? if it was like a cream pie, not much injury can take place, however, if it is like a heavy apple rhubarb then serious damage to public and private property as well as severe personal injury could have occured. keep digging for these very important facts DJ. also, the lighter pie would probably only be a misdemeanor whereas the heavier pie would definetly be a class 2 felony.

Did Sheppard learn how to whoop up on people at clown college or what? Him and Bozo probably used to bully people around regularly. Really, Sheppard? A pie? I guess your kid is fortunate you didnt get REALLY mad and pull out the lapel flower that squirts water, or start swinging a rubber chicken around. A+ job Allen, really a classy fella you sound to be.

Since none of these comments were removed, I think the DJ enjoyed them too.... Very sad about the little child. Children should know nothing BUT love, affection and security. If Mr. Sheppard's behavior was hostile leading up to the pie flying across the room, I would not have been sitting, I would have been running to keep my child away from such behavior. Mr. Sheppard can stay in jail as far as I am concerned.

Thank you for the laughs. This is the funniest thing I've read in a long time. As far as the "What the Pie tin may have looked like" picture... I just about pee'd my pants. LOL... thanks also to Duchess... hilarious. I will laugh about this all day! (and I mean laugh at these posts, not the fact that the idiot hit a poor defenseless toddler).

Why would they be eating pie at 9:30 at night? Don't they know those are empty calories that will go straight to their hips. Not to mention that they leave themselves wide open for heart burn or indigestion. FOOLS!!!
