Hunan completion scheduled for August

Staff at Hunan Spring Buffet say they expect to open for business in the former Big Harvest building in August.
Xiu Zhi Liu, who runs the restaurant with her husband, owner Chun Fang Chen, said she’s been told construction at the Big Harvest site will be complete in three weeks. Work inside the building, which includes a remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, is finished, she said. Now the wait is on for the stucco that will cover the building’s outside.
The new location will keep Hunan Spring Buffet as its name, while the downtown location will be known as Hunan Spring and function as an order-off-the-menu restaurant.
