Flyers rack up 42 firsts at Morris

MORRIS — The Fergus Falls Flyers racked up 42 firsts Thursday in a four-team Northern Lights swim meet.
Seven Fergus swimmers each won four events.
Eben Danielson (15-16) won the 100 and 200 back, the 200 individual medley and the 200 fly.
Abby Fisher (11-12) took top honors in the 50 free and 50 fly, the 100 back and the 200 individual medley.
Jacob Fisher (13-14) won the 50 free, the 200 I.M., the 200 back and the 500 free.
Caitlin Hexum (7-8) won the 25 free and back, the 50 free and the 50 back.
Karen Koenig (9-10), won the 50 free and 50 fly, the 100 back and the 100 free.
Justin Mortenson (9-10) won the 25 breast, the 25 fly, the 25 free and the 50 free.
Also racking up firsts for the Flyers were Eliza Caraza-Zamora, Luke Anderson, Erin Burke, Katie Ganoe, Joe and Susie Kitzman, Cameron Osmondson, Tori Synstelien, Erik Money and Cal Mouritsen.
Tim Weller swam second in four events.
