Lot Twenty (20) of Gloria's Oak Manor Beach on Rush Lake in Ottertail County, according to the recorded plat thereof, subject to existing easements and subject to an easement for ingress and egress over, across and upon that part of Lot Twenty (20) of Gloria's Oak Manor Beach, described as follows: Beginning at the Northernmost corner of said Lot Twenty (20); thence Southeasterly; on and along the Northeasterly line of said Lot Twenty (20) a distance of 33 feet; thence South 44 degrees 35 minutes West to the intersection with the Northwesterly line of said Lot Twenty (20); thence North 14 degrees 2 minutes East on and along said Northwesterly line to the point of beginning and there terminating.
