Assault arrest

Sean Aaron Meyer, Parkers Prairie, was arrested for fifth degree assault just before 3 a.m. today. The victim told the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Department that Meyer was intoxicated and out of control; she sustained minor bruises to her arm.
