Fergus Falls Notice of Public Hearing

NOTICE OF HEARING ON PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT NO. 5241
Notice is hereby given that the Fergus Falls City Council will meet in the Council Chambers of City Hall (112 West Washington, west door) at 5:30 p.m. on May 19, 2008, to consider the making of an improvement on bituminous road overlay and turn lane improvements on the airport entrance road, pursuant to Minn. Stat. ยงยง429.011 to 429.111.
The estimated cost of the improvement is $250,000.00. The area proposed to be assessed for such improvements is as follows:
Part of the west 1/2 Section 31, T133N, R43W located South of Trunk Highway No. 210
A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment is on file and open to public examination at the office of the City Engineer during normal business hours and will also be available at the hearing. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.
