Warrant arrest

The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Department and Pelican Rapids Police partnered in arresting Juan David Lomeli of Volusia County, Florida, on a felony drug possession warrant Thursday. Lomeli was arrested at Hillside Apartments in Pelican Rapids without incident and is being held in the county jail.
