Man punches cab driver

Michael Cornelious, 52, Willmar, was arrested for fifth degree assault and disorderly conduct early Sunday morning after punching a local cab driver twice in the head.
According to the Fergus Falls Police Department, the cab driver picked up Cornelious, who was allegedly intoxicated, and several others from Z103 Bar and Grill at around closing time. Cornelious, seated in the front seat, became agitated, and when asked for a drop-off address, told the driver he could take the driver’s life if he wanted to. The driver told Cornelious he was no longer welcome in the vehicle, and Cornelious punched the driver on the right side of his head twice.
Fergus Falls Police located and arrested Cornelious a short time later.
