Chinese interest in RTC is good for area

I read in the paper that the Chinese are interested in the Fergus Falls Regional Treatment Center as a college and I was very happy because I worked for 30 years there and to know that the Regional Treatment Center will be used instead of torn down.

Ummm...best bet would be to read the rest of the articles surrounding this issue...it is by no means a done deal...
