Otters 5th at DL cross country meet

The Fergus Falls Boys Cross Country team traveled to Detroit Lakes for what Coach Randy & Nicole Hansen called, “Our first true cross country running. The DL course is very hilly,” they added, “It was a real eye-opener for some of our guys.”
Junior High:
Alex 36.
Shanley 44.
Fergus Falls 49.
Junior Varsity:
Moorhead 25.
Alex 31.
DL 109.
Shanley 109.
FF 115.
The JV was led by Billy Eerdmans and Sam Wasberg, with Wasberg dropping over a minute from his previous best inspite of the difficult course.
Varsity:
Moorhead 22.
Alex 34.

Hawley 175.
Breck 194.
Anthony Hanson’s placed in the varsity race and his finish impressed Coach Hansen. “ I thought he was very aggressive and ran a solid and consistent race.” Otters’ Eddie Roberts and Brandon Demtuth both reduced their personal bests by over 30 seconds.
The Otter’s next meet is in Little Falls on Thursday.
