Reteria gets 40 years supervision

A convicted drug dealer will serve a year in jail and face up to 40 years of court supervision after being sentenced in Otter Tail County District Court on first degree drug possession charges.

Monica J. Reteria, 38, 701 Center Ave., Dilworth, was arrested Oct. 10, 2007 after a search warrant was excecuted on her van in the parking lot of the Fergus Falls Wal-Mart.

Court records state that Reteria had on her possession a baggy of methamphetamine stuffed in her sock. During a search at the Otter Tail County Jail, three additional baggies of methamphetamine were found inside the woman’s pants. In all Reteria had on her possession 88.5 grams of methamphetamines between the four bags.
