Trailer hits vehicle, injures passenger

An 80-year-old man was injured Friday when the vehicle he was sitting in was struck by a trailer.
The accident occurred shortly before 4 p.m. as Rodney Royce Koser of Elbow Lake was sitting in the passenger seat of a vehicle parked in the Wal-Mart parking lot. According to Fergus Falls police, a trailer pulled by Cody Russell Larson, 20, of Lake Park, struck a rear corner of Koser’s vehicle, dragging it clockwise. Koser attempted to exit the vehicle as it stopped, but fell when the trailer made contact with the vehicle again. Koser reported back pain but refused an ambulance, according to polic
