Bad checks net charge

A Fergus Falls man has been charged for issuing about $1,800 in bad checks.
Timothy Eugene Radtke, 35, wrote more than 30 checks from a closed account between late June and early August, according to a criminal complaint. The checks were written to seven Fergus Falls businesses and organizations and totaled $1,835.
Radtke has been charged with one count of issuing dishonored checks. A hearing is scheduled for Nov. 30.
