Man accused of indecent exposure

Published 11:44 a.m., November 20, 2009

A Fergus Falls man was scheduled to appear in Otter Tail County District Court Friday on allegations he intentionally exposed himself to several girls.

Joseph Patrick Grecco, 48, is accused of intentionally exposing himself to babysitters at his home along the 500 block of West Lincoln Avenue, according to Fergus Falls police. Authorities say Grecco also exposed himself to neighbor girls and passersby at several rental properties he cares for throughout the city.

Police are requesting Grecco be charged with eight counts of gross misdemeanor indecent exposure for incidents involving eight females ages 12 to 19 since this summer. Authorities say Grecco had no physical contact with any of the victims.

Grecco was arrested Wednesday after authorities executed a search warrant at his home. There they found evidence that corroborates statements made by victims, according to police.

Grecco was being held in the Otter Tail County Detention Facility Friday morning.
