Two suffer injuries in rollover

Published 10:40 a.m., November 21, 2009

Two people suffered minor injuries Friday night in a one-vehicle rollover on Highway 29 in Otter Tail County.

Dillon Wutzke, 18, Verndale was driving a 1995 Eagle Talon at about 9 p.m. Friday on Highway 29 west of Wadena when a vehicle in front of him slammed on its brakes, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. Wutzke swerved into the oncoming lane of traffic to avoid a collison with the vehicle in front of him, causing him to lose control of the vehicle. It went into a ditch and overturned. The vehicle was totaled, the State Patrol stated.

Wutzke suffered minor injuries. Heather Luukinen, 18, of Sebeka, a passenger in the vehicle, also suffered minor injuries.
