Santa rides in Pelican Rapids

Santa Claus rides through Pelican Rapids Friday night on what appears to be Rudolph the Red-nosed Pony during Pelican Rapids' annual lighted horse parade. It was 39 degrees at parade time and the mild weather brought hundreds of people to downtown Pelican Rapids for the annual kick-off to the Christmas season.
