PR man killed in crash

A Pelican Rapids man was killed Saturday when he lost control of his vehicle along County Highway 9.
Petro Pribyschchuk, 39, was traveling south toward Pelican Rapids when his 2005 Nissan passenger car went off a curve in the road, according to the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office. The accident was reported to authorities at 12:40 p.m.
Pribyschchuk was not wearing a seatbelt, according to the sheriff’s office.
Pelican Rapids Ambulance responded to the scene, as did a Pelican Rapids police officer who directed traffic.
