The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Department, Ottertail Rescue and Perham ambulance were called to 40961 350th St., Richville at 6:59 p.m. Thursday after receiving a report that a man was laying on the floor of a shed.

Upon arrival emergency services personnel found Kelly Joe Sazama, 27, laying unconscious and not breathing on the floor of the shed.
