Lucille Albjerg, 84, Formerly of Fergus Falls, MN

Lucille M. Albjerg, 84, died Feb. 4, 2008, in Peoria, Ariz.
She was born Feb.11,1923, in Aastad Township in Otter Tail County, to Anton and Valdine (Skyberg) Hanson. She graduated from Fergus Falls High School in 1941, and worked in Fergus Falls until her marriage to Howard Albjerg on June 5,1948.
The couple then resided in Bloomington, where they raised their family. Later her husband’s job transfer moved them to Arizona where they had since resided.
Lucille worked with Savings and Loan Financial Services for 40 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers David and Richard; and an infant sister.
Survivors include her husband; sons, Greg (Janet) Albjerg of Apple Valley, Charles Albjerg of California; a daughter, Carol (Mark) Nielson of Arizona; and five grandchildren; sisters, Ruth Hanson of Fergus Falls, Kathryn (David) Thoreson of Mt. Vernon, Wash., Dorothy (Lorsain) Gehrke, rural Campbell; brothers, Victor (Lenora) Hanson of Wendell, Lyle (Romelda) Hanson of Moorhead and Eugene (Myrna) Hanson of Dalton.
Funeral Services and burial were held Feb.9 in Arizona.
