Orville Roswold, 94

Orville Roswold, 94, a long-time resident of rural Evansville, died Monday, Feb. 25, 2008, at Broen Memorial Home in Fergus Falls.

Orville was born near Evansville, Minnesota, on November 14, 1913, to Albert O. and Sadie A. (Nelson) Roswold. He was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith and attended country school. Orville lived and farmed on the family farm his entire life.

He is survived by his sister Mildred of Fergus Falls and brother Adrian of Alexandria. Orville was preceded in death by his parents Albert and Sadie Roswold and one sister, Marcella.

Services for Orville Roswold were Monday, May 12, at Erickson-Smith Funeral Home in Elbow Lake, with the Rev. David Gran officiating. Burial was in Fryksande Cemetery in rural Evansville.
