Dale (Rick) Hintermeister

Dale (Rick ) Hintermeister, 60, of Fountain Hills, Ariz., died Saturday, May 10, 2008, after a long battle with emphysema.

He was born in Madison, on July 27, 1947, to Samuel and Fern Hintermeister. The family moved to Fergus Falls when he was three where he was raised on a farm.

He served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He married his wife, Bonnie, in June of 1971. They had two children Stacy (Donovan) Shaw and Chris (Heather) Hintermeister, and four grandsons, Sam, Cody, Braden and Mason.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Ron Hintermeister.

He is also survived by one brother, Ken (Lailla) Hintermeister;

and one sister-in-law, Lu Wanna Hintermeister; and numerous

nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Life service is planned at 3 p.m. Saturday, at the Alamo Saloon, 11807 N. Saguaro Blvd., Fountain Hills, Ariz., Please bring memories to share.
