Lighting the holiday season - The weather outside was frightful, but it didn’t stop a hardy crowd from gathering outside City Hall at dusk on Saturday for the community Christmas tree’s ceremonial lighting. As the wind peppered them with snow, Hal Leland and Michelle Danielson sang Christmas carols.
