Alex Miller and his dad, Chad Miller, put a turtle on the ground Thursday morning, July 2 during turtle races in downtown Battle Lake. The Millers were winners of their heat and advanced to the semi-finals. Races are held at 11 a.m. each Thursday during the summer.
