Co-chair Louie Kamrowski, official judge Anita “Bucky” Bethel and Long Tail winner Tony Rondeau were among the Pheasants Forever members gathered for the second annual Otter Tail County PF Chapter Long Tail Contest. Kamrowski won last year’s contest. Rondeau’s 24 1/8 rooster tail won the 2007 contest. Darin Lindblom received a prize for the shortest tail (6 1/2 inches). John Hansel won the drawing for a PF gift certificate. Co-chair Larry Bethel said the “just for fun” event drew around 20 entries. Bethel’s four-man party bagged eight roosters near Elbow Lake.
