Drive-by pelleting

An individual was walking near Union and Cascade around 10 p.m. Monday when a green Jeep drove by and fired an Airsoft gun at the individual. The 6mm plastic pellet left a welt on the person’s leg, Fergus Falls Police said.

the fergus falls police sould treat this like a regular drive by shooting it should not matter what kind of gun was used. i know if it would have been me getting hit I would want charges pressed to the fullest extent of the law.

The drive by petter in my opinion is a gutless idiot.As serious of a crime that it is, he or she should have least went for a head shot not a leg shot. Then at least if you get caught at least you look more like a criminal.

I hope the police catch the people that committed this serious crime and punish them to the fullest extent of the law. Here is a case of someone taking a gun, it doesn't matter if it's a pellet gun or not, and firing at a person walking down the street. If these people / persons aren't found and punished, they may be more likely to do this again, only the next time the gun might be a firearm and the person who gets shot might be killed. I hate the fact that there are some sick people out there that do these sorts of things. Seemingly random acts of violence are the most difficult to protect yourself against, and usually do the most damage. The people that committed this crime should be punished now.
