Lake Region Hospital one of best

Published Thursday, August 23, 2007

Otter Tail County residents don’t have to travel to the Twin Cities, Fargo, or even the Mayo Clinic to find some of the best medical care in the nation.

That’s because one of the top hospitals in the United States can be found right here in Fergus Falls.

Lake Region Hospital in Fergus Falls has been named among the Thomson 100 Top Hospitals in recognition of health care centers that improved the most from 2001 to 2005. Lake Region Hospital is included in Thomson’s top 20 small community hospitals in the United States.

Researchers evaluated 2,897 short-term, acute care, non-federal hospitals grouped into five categories: major teaching hospitals, other teaching hospitals, large community hospitals, medium-sized community hospitals and small community hospitals.

“Being recognized for improvements over a five-year period means much to us — and more importantly indicates that we’re well prepared for future growth and our ability to provide high-quality service to our patients,” Lake Region Healthcare CEO Peter Jacobson said. “This recognition is the result of talented employees of Lake Region Hospital, in coordination with medical professionals, working together as a team.”

Teamwork, said Jacobson and Lake Region Board of Directors President Steve Rufer, results in a positive environment.

“We’re obviously tremendously excited,” Rufer said. “This (the hospital ranking) recognizes what we always knew about the care that our staff provides our patients. The fact that a national organization would discover this about us is wonderful.”

The euphoria also was expressed by Dr. James Andrews, Lake Region Hospital’s medical chief of staff.

“Although Fergus Falls is a smaller community, this recognition as one of the Top 100 demonstrates our continued efforts to strive for high quality medical care,” Andrews said. “Because we’re a smaller hospital, this allows us closer interaction within our staff, including all levels of medical professionals. We definitely provide a high level of quality.”

Thomson Healthcare spokesperson David Wilkins said hospitals are rated on multiple performance measures that are centered on clinical excellence, operating efficiency and financial health — along with responsiveness to the community.

The study rated hospitals on eight factors: patient mortality, medical complications, patient safety, length of stay, expenses, profitability, cash-to-debt ratio and growth in patient volume.

"These performance improvement leaders, including Lake Region Hospital of Fergus Falls, are bellwethers for the progress the entire hospital industry is pursuing,” Thomson Healthcare senior vice president Jean Chenoweth said. “They demonstrate a variety of ways that real improvement can be achieved in many key areas across the hospital organization over an extended timeframe."

Michigan-based Thomson Healthcare is the leading provider of decision support solutions that help organizations across the healthcare industry improve clinical and business performance.

Thomson products and services help clinicians, hospitals, employers, health plans, government agencies, and pharmaceutical companies manage the cost and improve the quality of healthcare.

St. Cloud Hospital was one of 25 teachings hospitals recognized by Thomson. It was the only other Minnesota hospital recognized by the organization.

That's all fine and dandy but when a doctor asks you what are you doing coming to me when you think he is your doctor and have been seeing him for a few yrs. I think I'll stay in Fargo where my doctor treats me like I'm a human being and really cares about my treatment.I am in the office with him for over a 1/2 hour or more none of this in and out stuff like you are an assembly line!!!

I have to agree with wendies43!! Not to mention the fact that this is a "retirement" community and we have no cardiologist! Our doctors in FF are ok to see when it comes to something simple, but when it comes to something serious they don't have a leg to stand on. Through the years I have seen them send people home when they complain of chest pain, only to have the person rushed to Fargo the next day for heart surgery. They don't think that the younger generations ever have anything wrong with them, when in reality sometimes they are in a life and death situation. I too will stay in Fargo, as the doctors at Mayo clinic in Rochester said, "if you continue to doctor in Fergus Falls, you will be dead before you are 30." HA I am only 28 and have almost died two different times at the LRH and FFMG, thanks but no thanks. The "Excellence" they claim to have is bogus and my family and I will continue to make the hour and half drive from our house to Fargo. We wouldn't send a rat to LRH for help. Don't get me wrong, the nurses and other staff there are nice, but sometimes I think the doctors they have were the ones at the bottom of thier classes. They only came here because it was the only place they could actually get a job!

The story title should have been "Lake Region Hospital Wins Most Improved since 2001...and Guess What? They will be in the Running Next Time Too!".

"That’s because one of the top hospitals in the United States can be found right here in Fergus Falls."

Interesting statement...I had pink-eye last winter and the doctor at LRH said I didn't have it...I drove straight to Fargo to a walk-in clinic, and the nurse that checked me in said "Oh, you need to be treated for pink-eye" before I even said a thing.

Let's see, no cardiologist, no walk-in clinic, mis-prognoses, poor patient treatment....sorry LRH, you're not getting a dime of my families business.

I live in Ashby, work in Fergus Falls and my doctor is in Alexandria. There isn't enough space to tell the many stories about the EXTREMELY poor care my family and friends
have received at this hospital and clinic. The three previous comments say it all. When I first returned to this area after spending 20 years in Montana, I brought my son to the FFMG because I had heard they had two very good pediatricians. One of these pediatricians sent my teenage son to one of the orthopedic physicians when he cracked his wrist. After 6 weeks in the cast, I sent my son by himself to his appointment to remove the cast as I was working. My son came home and the physician had removed the cast and told my son that the wrist had not healed but don't worry about it, go home.(I was on MinnesotaCare) I was livid!! I took my son to Alexandria Orthopedics and within one week, the physicians had my son in surgery with bone grafting, electrostimulus, etc. My son healed very well and after 15 or so years, has full use of the wrist, thanks to Alexandria Orthopedics. This is one of my stories. I could go on and on for days. I worked for a veterinarian who gave better care to the animals than my family has received in Fergus.

yeah we have the best here! what ever!! that is why I have to bring my 4 month old daughter to St Paul every 2 weeks and before that I was bringing her to St Cloud every week! Fergus has not improved it just got worse! they do not care about there patients! they only care about there paychecks!

I have to say that the care my Mom received in Fergus Falls hospital was top notch. The nursing staff was attentive and kind. The Dr.s and surgeons were excellent with the care and the explanations we as family were given were clear and understandable. She was treated with complete respect. When I, myself was a patient I had only positive experiences. By nature, hospitals are not fun places to be, and it is easy to complain because many hospital expereiences are not enjoyable, but you should all be happy that you have this place in your community.

Posted by donnyguinness (anonymous) on August 23, 2007 at 3:04 p.m. (Suggest removal)

Kris good call. Keep in mind that the hospital is the largest employer in the entire county, and probably provides more donations and tax dollars than any business in Fergus. Why do people in this town complain so much?

Posted by ScottDeBrito (anonymous) on August 23, 2007 at 3:09 p.m. (Suggest removal)

Personally our family has had top notch, excellant care at Lake Region Healthcare and we congratulate LRH for it's accomplishments.

While the doctor's are not employed by the hospital but the FFMG, they work hand in hand.

Dr's Pettit, Wanbach, Magnuson, Eisinger, Asp, and Pearson have all helped our family through some dire situations. The RN's, LPN's, and CNA's at the hospital have been wonderful. Kris is correct in the fact that hospital stays and surgery are by nature not pleasant experiences and it is easy to complain.

Too few people speak out when they have recieved great care or service but if someone happens to have a poor experience they will tell everyone they know.

Keep your head high LRH you are doing a great job! The community is fortunate to have you.

Gee guess the doctors are great when they come in smelling of whiskey and have cat hair all over them too huh? c'mon get a life who in the hell would want that dr in the room with them after surgery!??i think the nuring staff is good but most dr's need to go.

If casper is as intelligent and professional as he sounds in his comments, I am sure the hospital is very sorry to be missing out on his business. There is no Dr. on Staff at Mayo who would ever make an unprofessional comment such as they one you credited them for. Have doctored there with my father, and they have would never bad mouth another Dr. like that. they are a very professional group of physicians and have way more class than that. That comment sounds like one of those great distortions that comes out of listening to what you want to hear and ignoring the rest. As for your last little slur about smelling like alcohol, you should have immediately filed a complaint before you let anyone in that condition see you as a patient. Makes me wonder who the alcohol smell came from. You or the DR. LRH, Please keep up the good work you guys do at the hospital. You can't please everyone, It's nice that you continue to work on improving your work in the community. There are always whiners and complainers, but I for one really admire what you have accomplished.

We've had experience with several hospitals this year and can say that we consider the care at Lake Region to be far superior to the others.

In one I watched a cleaning person go from picking up towels on the restroom floor (without gloves), to cleaning up around the coffee pot (without gloves), to picking up used bedding in the pre-op preparation area (again without gloves).

In another, in Minneapolis the staff had to be shown how to dress a wound, had no idea of how to handle this kind of wound. Language was a barrier, because many CNAs and some LPNs spoke very poor English.

At LRH we had some issues, but were able to work them out. Mainly it was a nurse who kept quoting "this is a nursing decision and we don't need to get the doctor's approval," when we knew the treatment she was going to use would be uncomfortable and there were better ways.

We have been impressed with the surgeons, Internal Medicine (with the exception of one and he is gone), and Family Practice. Except to get a second opinion on a surgery that was a hard decision to make, we haven't gone out of town, nor felt the need to.

If you really want to see some poor care, try some of the southern hospitals. You'll get an eye full.

Well for one, I am not complaining I AM telling the truth. Just thought I'd make that clear. For the most part all the doctors that are at the FFMG are at the LRH too.

You know, it always amazes me that it's almost ALWAYS the same people bitching and moaning about Fergus Falls, or responding to ANY story in the paper with negativity and "Fergus Bashing" tendencies.

Every one of you are FREE to leave Fergus Falls if you are that unhappy. Otherwise I'm sure your mothers all taught you (or maybe they didn't) - if you can't say something nice, then keep your mouth shut.

This is MY town, and I'm proud of it. I'm also proud of the great hospital we have here. And I've used it several times - for myself and family members too. The staff there are well trained, and know what they're doing. Congratulations for being recognized as one of the best!!

As the parents of two little girls, my husband and I have spent plenty of time both at FFMG and LRHC and have NEVER had a bad experience. Everyone we have worked with (receptionist, scheduling staff, therapists, nurses, radiology, lab, and especially the physicians) have been kind, compassionate, professional, respectful, and genuinely concerned about my family's health and overall well-being. I consider these folks my friends and have been confident in trusting them with my life for 25 years. Special thanks to Doctors Sanderson, Money, Van Valkenberg, Norgard, Swenson, and Etzell, who have seen my family through some tough situations with complete professionalism and competence.
And don't forget... while many rural hospitals are struggling, LRHC has been financially successful and has created hundreds of really good jobs for our friends and neighbors. That's something the administration, board, and staff should be commended for. I am proud of the facility we have in Fergus Falls- Congratulations to Peter, the staff, and the board of directors for this honor.

Sounds like (luvmyboys) would be a good fit at the LRH, if you don't like things shut up, or move, but don't express an opinion. The Thompson Healthcare group did not rate LRH on the ability or knowledge of its doctors, nor its patient care but rather its business accume, and anyone who has been admitted to LRH can attest to the fact that they are the best. LRH will get evey last dime you have in your pocket or savings account, no matter how many extra tests they have to give. Now that I have expressed myself must I move?

Posted by luvmyboys (anonymous) on August 24, 2007 at 2:18 p.m. (Suggest removal)

No one said you couldn't express your opinion. I'm pretty sure that's what this forum is for. However, I did say that some of the comment-makers here, seem to have a comment for EVERY article ever written in this paper. It's nothing but negative... constantly bashing Fergus and all it's businesses for doing SOMETHING wrong. It makes no difference what the article is about... "Fergus Sucks" is basically their rebuttal. If that's how they feel, then they should MOVE. I was recently released from LRHC after having surgery. I had nothing but the best care. As far as $$ being taken out of your pocket... it's no different here than if you had to go to the Mayo Clinic or Innovis in Fargo. Hospitals cost money!! You cannot compare apples to apples. Any hospital is going to cost money, no matter where it is. And chipmunk... it is totally your right to refuse those tests if you don't think they are necessary - or you don't want to pay for them. But they aren't going to be any cheaper if you go somewhere else. Blame the system and those who regulate it... not Lake Region.

Ask the hospital ER why, when I brought in a young lady from out of town, who was six months pregnant, hyperventilating, eyes dilated and in obvious distress, they made me get my own wheelchair and bring the young lady in. When the nurse FINALLY arrived to take her to see a doctor, the first stop she made was at the financial desk. Before they even took a blood pressure, they asked her how she was going to pay. I was livid. I ask you, what was more important? The hospital opened up this forum with this article and we all have a right to express our opinion, positive or negative. Just because we don't have the same opinion as you, doesn't mean we are wrong.

Posted by luvmyboys (anonymous) on August 24, 2007 at 3:01 p.m. (Suggest removal)

OK, I'll say this one more time... you have every right in the world to write your opinion. THAT'S WHAT THIS FORUM IS FOR!!! If you take the time to read my post above... I was directing my comments to the people who seem to have an online post for EVERY topic in this paper. I never said anyone was right OR wrong.

If something went wrong with that hospital and you were that livid, then instead of writing about it in here, you should have written to the hospital. That's my point... instead of coming in here - WHICH YOU HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO DO (just so no one misunderstands) - take your concerns to the places they belong. If you want negative things to change, then be a positive part in making that happen. Good grief... if everyone put forth as much effort into changing things for the better - instead of attacking others and saying how BAD things are, imagine what great things could happen.

I have had a total of fiveteen kidney stones over a period of thirty years which required emergency room treatment in three different states. Two occured while in Fergus Falls at LRH, only at LRH was I REQUIRED to have an MIR supposedly to confirm that I was not having a heart attack. When I told the Doctor that an MIR was unnecessary he replied that he was the Doctor and anyway thats the way they do things at LRH and that if I were to refuse the MRI I would be refusing treatment. So I had the MRI at a cost of $1600.00...guess what, the results of the MRI were INCONCLUSIVE according to the Quack. Then they ran the normal xrays every other hospital ran for a kidney stone, then the Doctor told me that I had a Kidney Stone. Amazing, because that exactly what I said when I entered the emergency room. But what do I know I'm just the dumb patient, who by that time had more experience with Kidney Stones than that puffed up, arrogant Doctor. Although it was not the case in my situtation many times people in emergence rooms are not in any condition to refuse any tests. The only way I would ever go to LRH in the future is if I were at deaths door and could not make it to fargo.

And likewise minivan mom.

"Surely there is more to this story than what the Journal is telling, otherwise I feel this is an injustice."

This coming from someone who thinks it's an injustice to remove a 2-year-old from a home - when the mom needs a nap, and her babies wander off to swim in otter tail lake. TWICE.

And if you are low enough to comment on someone's obit... knock yourself out.

I don't get how they can be in the top 100, they have no cardiology dept. I had a cardiolite test in Fargo, saw a cardiologist. I think it could not have been done here. They need 2 cardiologists in Fergus, 1 is not egnough it would kill him he would be on call 24-7 How about a derm Dr., Fergus has one come from Meritcare once a month. I called to see him in Fergus, the girl said I needed a referral. I called Meritcare, saw him today no referral needed. It saved me one Dr. visit to get a referral!

As I said before the staff is great (for the most part). As for the moron who is says to file a complaint with the hospital, it is done. Has been done by anyone I know who has had terrible expieriences...guess what it all gets shoved into a box and burnt. I PERSONALLY have made some complaints. I have even gotten appologies from the hospital and the some of the doctors involved. But it has changed nothing. As for moving if we don't like it-why should I move from a place a love and where all my family is located? I love it here but will travel to where I can find the things I like (shopping) and for the care that is needed when it comes to medical things. They have misdiagnosed several people in my family, me and even several of my friends! As for the comment about if you have nothing nice to say...EVERYONE IS ENTITLED TO THIER OWN OPINION! THIS IS A PLACE TO COMMENT WHAT WE THINK AND FEEL ABOUT THE SUBJECT AND you WILL NOT CHANGE THAT. Thank you to everyone who feels that we are free to speak what we feel and be courageous enough to post it here and take the criticism from an arrogant jerk. Oh and by the way Toad, you are so very correct also! Kudos to those who open up and talk on here!! (oh and it WAS NOT me who smelled of whiskey-our family doesn't drink-it was the wonderful english docotor who seems to botch everyone-or almost everyone-that he touches.)

Casper, the foul e-mail that you have chosen to forward to me thru the journal is just another example of how hard it is to deal with some people. Obviously everyone is not entitled to their own opinion or you would have not had to use such profane language in your contact with me. It is very hard to take anyone seriously who cannot express himself in a mature way. I always enjoy a good discussion with someone who can express himself in an intelligent manner. I have gone back and read both of your posts and You do not seem to have that ability. But go ahead and continue to vent, It might help you with some of the other issues that I suspect you have. By the way if you need someone to talk to who can help you with your issues, I understand the hospital in Fergus Falls has some excellent Dr.s on staff.

This article is just plain silly and completely unbalanced. The Thomson group WAS NOT naming it as one of the best, but rather one of the most improved. That's a pretty subjective term -- it also means that the hospital had a lot of improving to do to get to where it is now. And where exactly does it stand now? How good is it compared to other hospitals in size and accommodations? What do other hospital rating systems say about that? What do members of the public think? Does the article address that? Nope, just seems to follow LRH public relations line. But what do people expect? This is the FF Daily Journal, a mouthpiece, not a newspaper.

Oh chipmunk...maybe if you didnt smoke so many cigarettes you wouldnt have had to go to LRH to have your MIR or is it MRI or is it MIR or is it MRI??? You really need to get something better to do with your time than sit at your computer and complain about your health problems. How about Yoga, Pilates, swimming groups, excerise?? How about this instead...get a course on SPELLING!! You had fiveteen kidney stones??? I thought the number would have been fifteen. I think you are not old enough to be smoking because the way you spell makes you appear to be about 9 years old? You seem to slam alot of people on this posting site. This site is intended for comments not reflected personally but here you go...YOU SMELL! (like smoke of course) Have a good day and hope you have lots of smokes!

Posted by chipmunk (anonymous) on September 1, 2007 at 8 p.m. (Suggest removal)

Hey mermaid, I just realized you are a doctor at LRH, you must be, who else would diagnose smoking as the cause of Kidney Stones?

Posted by mermaid (anonymous) on September 2, 2007 at 4:57 a.m. (Suggest removal)

Mr. Chipmunk you obviously dont realize that smoking causes many problems for many different people. You must not realize that the bodies defense is weakened with every cigarette smoked...in turn making it easier for your body to create your kidney stones. You must be blind to the fact SMOKING leads to tons of health problems...lets see hear Arsenic, Nicotine, Formaldehyde, need I go on? You are blind sir to the fact that putting these chemicals in your body not only leads to the obvious health problems, but they are related to other problems which in non-smokers and usually not an issue! You sir...are in complete denial and remember you STINK! Like smoke of course! But by all means puff away and continue to provide your tobacco company of choice with thousands of more dollars in profit. Let me guess...you are a Marlboro man?

Posted by chipmunk (anonymous) on September 2, 2007 at 7:29 a.m. (Suggest removal)

My amazing powers of deduction, deduce that you do work at LRH on the night shift, not many are up at 4:57 am raking in the overtime on a holiday weekend. You medicos should really wait to see the patient in person before making a diaganosis because I had several kidney stones before I started smoking. By the way, are you aware that you spelled a word incorrectly? You must be nine years old and need a course on spelling.

Posted by mermaid (anonymous) on September 2, 2007 at 1:31 p.m. (Suggest removal)

Chippy the Chipmunk...I return to the posting site to correct you in your accusation of my spelling! I had not spelled a word incorrectly but may have used the word "and" incorrectly as this is a grammatical error...I hope you understand what GRAMMATICAL means. Anyhow lets move past the piddly arguments you are trying to pose and lets come to the conclusion you have no defense for your TERRIBLE habit! You come up with excuse after excuse of why you think people should be able to smoke in confined spaces, and around the general NON-SMOKING public! You even go as far as calling them Right-Wing Nazis when they agree with the smoking ban. Chippy...this is easy - you did not get your way on this one and you will continue to weep heavy tears to your Chipmunk mother when you dont get your way again. Please realize Chippy I am just concerned for your health and hope you dont end up croaking in agony with liquid filled lungs, itchy puss filled eyes, heart arythmia, cancer filled organs, etc, etc. I want you to live so I can continue to post these logs with you. I enjoy a challenge Chippy and enjoy posting to you in regards to these matters. Let me guess...your the type of person to sit in front of a air purifier at home while your wife sits in the next room thanking she can only smell half of the smoke you have exhaled near your machine? I bet you are also a left-wing democrat who has only dreamt of working a holiday in which you earned overtime? It is standard practice for people who work holidays to be compensated with overtime, etc. But then again how would you know since the majority of your time is probably spent at home smokin' Marb Reds and watching CNN!

Posted by chipmunk (anonymous) on September 2, 2007 at 3:01 p.m. (Suggest removal)

Yes mermaid, I understand grammatical errors, I also understand misspelled words, when you mean to say one thing but spell another, thats misspelling. You not only transposed "and' but also "hear" I normally would not mention it but you made such a big deal of my spelling (saying I must be nine years old and needed a course in spelling) apparently what good for the chipmunk is not good for the fish. But when It's you you want to move past such piddly errors. You are right about one thing...I'm a left wing democrat as a matter of fact I'm a social democrat.
But keep on posting, every post supply me with another clue to your true identity especially your last post. I will bet that you did not know that a computer wizard can determine a persons email address even if an email was sent via a second server.

Well Chippy I do apologize for misusing a word or two but when you made my fins flutter in anger for what you stated to other posting parties I could not restrain myself from writing as fast as fish swim! I have seemed to engage you in this continuing debate we seem to be having and for this I am delighted...it is for this type of interaction that one may realize their specific faults and bad attributes. For this my chipmunk friend is the key to life. I do want to express my feelings about you not commenting on the issues I keep throwing your way. It seems you only "fish" at the little issues in my postings and not the important ones, such as your diminishing health and stinky habits! I dont know why you wont speak about the real issues, but I can only imagine why. Why talk about something which is unhealthy and shunned upon? Hmmmmm

Anyhow, I want to leave you with another attribute that I bet you possess...I can almost say for certain you are retired? You seem to post at key hours of the day and makes me wonder if you have a job? I will continue to believe you are retired and sit at home smokin' away the day. What a nice freedom you have. Please let me know the next article you post too as I would like to challenge your daily dictations! Talk soon my little chirping friend.

And yes...you may have the computer smarts but are you smarter than the nut? Ponder my fine feathered friend, ponder.

1. Chipmunks don't have feathers.

4. You don't bring any points to debate, just silly
personal bitching.
5. I said in a previous posting (on shopping in Fergus)
that I was retired, so it's no secret.

Mr Chipmunk I find you to be in a relatively bad mood tonite...maybe you need a smoke? I will respond to each of your points as you never do for me.
1. I meant furry friend but mis-typed...I for one admit my mistakes do you?
2. A debate can be about anything you want it to be. I started out with the LRH and you took this to many topics...and called me a FISH! How dare you insult me like this! I am an irredescant beauty!
3. Please forward all of the emails and postings to your furry companion as this will only make you more stressed to find out who I, Mermaid, really am. Will this drive you to another smoke?
4. I have brought countless points to debate but you do not respond to my MANY points! Smoking, Health, Yoga, need I say more?
5. My apologies for hitting a sore spot. I do not have the time to look at every entry you post and came to the conclusion on my own that you are retired. Guess I hit that one on the head, huh? Would you like another smoke now?

My points may differ from yours but you know I am wise in alerting you to the many problems you have caused your body when you smoke your cigs. I cannot help you quit your smelly habit, but I can provide feedback to your daily dictations.

Let me guess again...You were a factory worker and retired after being laid off for the 3rd time in 30 some years of work? Just seems like you may fit this description also...hmmm

Well, mermaid it's been three days you have had many opportunities to come up with something witty, clever or even new, all you have managed is old personal insults, you have overplayed your fin. I now find you tiresome and boring, the next time you want to play with the big boys bring your lunch. When I think of you now I'm reminded of an old ditty by Oscar Wilde "Guests and fish smell after three days".

Good Morning Mr. Chipmunk! Again you have failed to respond to my points of debate and for this I consider you defeated. As one fish says to another..."bubbles upon bubbles create magical waters". I must continue with a riddle for you to solve: What smokes with the sun, but burns ashes for none.

I have now brought something new for you to respond. Can you fiddle my fancy riddle?

I realize that everyone is entitled to their own opionin, but I have to say a few things to defend LRH. I am a nurse and have worked at different "rural" hospitals and have found the care at LRH one of the best around. Some of you don't understand what is takes to be a nurse or MD. We are human and make mistakes, although unfortunate...it happens. When one comes to a hospital we all think we need a quick diagnosis and treatment, and this is not always the case. You should be happy to have this faciltiy and all it has to offer. Many places don't have the technology LRH has or the variety of services.
I think some of you need to follow a MD or nurse for a day and may be you'll change you mind and won't be so quick to judge!

And a fabulous job you do Hamberger... along with the other staff at LRH! Keep up the good work.
