Notice Of Public Hearing
Pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 394.26 Notice is hereby given that a hearing of the Otter Tail County Planning Commission will be held in the Commissioner’s Room at the Government Services Center, Fergus Falls, Minnesota on December 12, 2007 at 6:30 P.M. for the purpose of considering the following:
1. Arnold & Martha Miller, (Jerome Kotalik, buyer/operator), a Conditional Use Permit Application to open a business for sales, service & storage of new and used recreational products, with a sales/service building and 8 rental/storage buildings; Pt NE1/4 SW1/4 & Pt GL 4, Sec 20, Dunn Twp; Lake Lizzie (56-760), RD.
