Story on young boy was horrible

Once again, shame on you, Daily Journal. First a wonderful story is run on the front page about a boy who is so concerned about his mother and her ability to pay the bills, that instead of playing the summer away, he has a Kool-Aid stand to help pay the bills.

The next day you run a second story, stating that as a result of the first story is that many kindhearted people stopped to help Daniel Bobence and his mother.

What you did not need to do was publically air Brenda Bobence's criminal record. How do you think her son feels now?

Maybe we should get a list of your employees and find out who all has a criminal record, and publish that.

You did a good thing on Tuesday, but on Wednesday you ran a stupid and brutal followup. What good you did was horribly undone.

How will you explain that to Daniel Bobence?
