Underwear stolen from Richville home

Published Friday, August 15, 2008

A Richville man reported the theft of seven pairs of dirty women’s underwear to the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office Thursday morning.

The complainant contacted the sheriff’s office at 6:50 a.m., saying he believed his wife’s underwear had been stolen sometime between early morning and mid-afternoon Wednesday. Drawers at the complainant’s home looked to have been rifled through, according to a sheriff’s report.

A bedroom window without a screen had been left open, the complainant said, though a sheriff’s deputy says it’s not clear whether or not the window was the point of entry.

The complainant also reported a similar incident from two to three weeks ago, when his wife found a night stand rifled through and believed someone had been in the house.

WHY WOULD DIRTY UNDERWEAR BE IN A DRAWER??

Ummm...I don't think the story said that the dirty underwear were in a drawer. It says the drawers "looked to have been rifled through", although I'm not sure if that means the dirty drawers, or the drawers where the drawers are kept. I picked that up and I just scanned the article. Did you even read it?

Perhaps they should have tried video surveilance after the first incident occurred?

Perhaps its the guy with the thongs from Pebble Beach. You know it is going to be winter soon, maybe he needs more coverage than what he has already! Sounds more like a pervert than a burgular.

The poor guy in the thongs seems to take a beating in here. I am not sure I would report that my wife's dirty underwear are missing. And if I decided to, I dont think I would refer to them as "dirty underwear".

strange how some folks feel making fun of victims is funny, but spitting pudding on a video is over the line.

metasonics -

spitting pudding on a video is over the line only because you, as opposed to those "making fun of victims" are running for public office.

*******

you know you live in a small town when the top crime is stolen dirty underwear and the top news is what OJ ate for lunch.

love it! :)
