Police investigate fight

Fergus Falls police are investigating a fight in the armory parking lot early this morning.
Authorities received a report of the incident just after 12 a.m. and several juveniles and adults received citations for disorderly conduct. At least once person was also cited for fifth degree assault and possession of drug paraphernalia. Another was cited for minor consumption and driving after suspension. Sgt. Mike Conrad said the incident is still under investigation and the extent of participants’ injuries is unknown.

That's a good question. I have heard a lot of the details from a person that was at the scene and watched this take place and from what it sounds the punishments should have been WAY more severe.

A citation is a form of arrest. Just not a physical arrest.

A couple of them were beaten pretty bad. A one on one fight is bad enough, but when they gang up that should be punished with more than just a ticket!!
