City dedicates bridge

The city council chamber was packed Monday night for the dedication of the POW – MIA Veterans bridge. Speakers included mayor Hal Leland and county commissioner Lee Rogness. There are three POW veterans still living in Otter Tail County, and they each attended the ceremony and received a plaque of recognition.
