You have got to be kidding me!! How about charges against Hovland for fraud? They knew they were not certified yet didn't tell their clients? What good is a random test if it is inadmissible? And it's not like their certification just expired yesterday. They have been defrauding people for YEARS! How much money has the bus company paid them over all these years for inadmissible testing? If the bus company is paid by the school district for their services, wouldn't that be tax dollars being flushed down the toilet?
