What a letter...for the people that know me you are not going to beleive this but I was at a loss for words for a few minutes after reading this.
Don't worry, that sensation passed...
Please, if ANYBODY knows where this women works let me know. I WANT to go and be served by her. My finances are pretty tight right now but I will make room to do so. Just so I can have the pleasure of meeting a person like this.
"The better you tip the better the service gets.." So something I do at the end of the meal is going to improve what happened over the last hour? Also, it can't possibly improve future service because you are rewarding poor behaviours. The "logic" used in this letter is mind boggling.

So the kid is a victim? Good grief...
Short of a training exercise by trained fire fighters there is NO acceptable excuse/reason for this kid to be starting fires.
Punish him, to the extent allowed and move on.

I do shop locally but I would consider driving to Fargo, Twin Cities, possibly Des Moines to miss the chance to run into the above.

Ok wait a minute...you are blaming law enforcement for the robbery?
Actually my above statement is incorrect. It seems that you basically are upset that they patroled the area more when there were people coming and going from an establishment where alcohol was served then when it is an empty building?
I guess I would prefer them to focus on the bars that are open, meth labs etc.
But I have never been accused of being bright...

Maybe I am being critical of today's youth but when I was underage and drinking if the cops showed up and left without busting anybody I left. I DID NOT hang around and wait for them to come back...
It is sad OT was wasted on people that were willing to hang around and wait to get busted later.
Probably could have got most of them the next morning at 9am! :)

My guess is that this probably is a false name. You would think by now SOMEBODY would have found out where she worked.
