I doubt the cops would have handed out tickets without first giving a breath test. 18-19 year olds don't have to submit to a breath test if not in a car? Since when???? Underage drinking is illegal wheather you are in a car or not.

Look, some moron is actually calling themselves Joe the Plumber! "Joe", the $4M of the publics money spent for the tv ad WAS DONATED TO HIM FOR CAMPAIGNING AND ADVERTISING! The reason there is a high percentage of black people voting for Obama is the same reason there is a high percentage of women voting McCain/Palin. As for Joe the Plumber, you can change your name to Sam the Country Music Singer, because that is was Joe the Plumber (whos name isn't even Joe its Sam Wurzelbacher) is now trying to become. He has "signed with a Nashville public relations and management firm to handle interview requests and media appearances, as well create new career opportunities, including a shift out of the plumbing trade into stage and studio performances." Suddenly this "average joe" isn't so average is he. Its no wonder he doesn't want Obama to win, if this works out he will be in a higher tax bracket.
